There are no two items that are exactly the same, each item is beautifully different, items are not mass produced, nor prefabricated, the crafting process is genuine, full of good energy and Love. Returns Policy:
- I want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase! If you are not, contact me for a consideration to obtain a return authorization within 24 hours after receipt (per tracking information).
- If a return is authorized the item must be shipped back within 3 days of receipt (tracking information) in original unworn / unused condition to receive a refund or store credit (at our discretion), actual shipping cost and sales commissions fees will be deducted from the refund.
- All returns credits/reimbursements will be managed after product is received. Some refunds may take 3-15 days to process depending on your financial institution.
- Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs (must include tracking number). Authorized returns must be shipped in its original packing including: box/package, packaging material, packing of the item and the piece(s) returned in original unworn / unused condition.
- Shipping box must be taped securely to avoid damage and or loss of its contents.
